How it shows up in a scan

A toxic backlink checker will not label rows "SpamBrain." You will see referring domains with third-party spam flags. Interpret them as triage hints:

• Review live pages for manufacturing intent.
• Expect many low-quality links to be algorithmic noise.
• Escalate only persistent, clear spam campaigns or Search Console manual actions.

Because detection improves over time, yesterday's must-disavow panic list may be irrelevant today. Re-scan, re-open sample URLs, and keep disavow files minimal. Prefer fixing what you control on your own site when spam is self-inflicted.
